Apply on the neck (from the bottom up), temple area, back of the ears, and inside of your wrists. The essential oils will be absorbed more rapidly, where the skin is the thinnest and most permeable. Inhale and let yourself be revived. Can be used up to 4 times a day. Can also be used outside the premenstrual cycle in case of irritability or temporary imbalance. Apply to the palm of your hands and inhale slowly through your nose.

STORAGE
The purple glass creates a protective barrier against the sun's UVB
radiations which preserves the vitality and quality of the oils.
