Yes, add our Gift Wrapping to your cart and your items will be gift wrapped in a beautiful box with a white satin bow. Gift wrapping is $6. If you'd like any items in your order *not* gift wrapped, just add a note in the cart.

Yes! You can upgrade from the 6 month plan to the 12 month plan any time. You may also adjust your membership tier any time too.  Contact us for assistance with switching your membership type.

Facial memberships are non-transferable and tied to your account, so they cannot be shared or gifted to others.  

Booking your facial is easy! Simply login to our online booking system, Boulevard, and select your desired facial. 

Yes! Each facial is customized to address your skin’s unique needs.

We offer flexible monthly payments! Pay monthly instead of upfront payments. Monthly payments are processed automatically on the same day each month.  

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.  For example, if your payment is due on the 15th of the month, you need to notify us by the 15th of the prior month.  

If you cancel before completing and fail to give 30 day notice, you may be subject to an early termination fee.  This fee is 50% of the remaining balance of your membership term.  

Exception

In the case of special circumstances such as illness or pregnancy, we offer a one time pause option that allows you to temporarily suspend your membership for up to 3 months without penalties.  

You can cancel or pause with a 30-day notice.  A one-time pause option is also available for emergencies like illness or pregnancy.  

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.
2. When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
3. To follow the delivery of your order, we invite you to click the shipping confirmation email.
4. You will receive your order, within an estimated time of 3-7 working days excluding weekends and holidays excluded.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

When delivering to your address, anyone present at the location could recover your package. It is not possible to deliver the package to another address in the case of theft on-premises.

In the case of a missed delivery, you will receive an email notification inviting you to pick up your order at a collection point.

All domestic orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original packaging. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

We do! Place your order online and select "Pick up in-store/curbside" at checkout. Simply call us at (515) 282-0669 when you're parked outside the shop and we'll gladly place your bags in your car, sans-contact.
