Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  1. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
  3. To follow the delivery of your order, we invite you to click the shipping confirmation email.
  4. You will receive your order, within an estimated time of 3-7 working days excluding weekends and holidays excluded.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

When delivering to your address, anyone present at the location could recover your package. It is not possible to deliver the package to another address in the case of theft on-premises.

In the case of a missed delivery, you will receive an email notification inviting you to pick up your order at a collection point.

Terms of delivery

Shipping costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

Delivery area: Eden ships within the continental United States. We are unable to deliver to post boxes.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original packaging. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
