Apply the oil on the lower belly, hips, and lower back whenever needed. Gently massage in a circular motion until absorption. Use up to 3 times daily, whenever the pain is most sever After massaging the oils, place a hot and humid towel on the painful areas. Gently massage in a circular motion to prolong the relaxation.

STORAGE
The purple glass creates a protective barrier against the sun's UVB
radiations which preserves the vitality and quality of the oils.
